Surveillance is the close observation of a person, place, or object. It is the practice of watching a subject in order to document the interactions or whereabouts of the subject. There are many types of surveillance, but physical surveillance consists of hidden and occasionally undercover observation of a suspect's day-to-day activities by one or two of our trusted, licensed private investigators. Sometimes on large complex projects the surveillance team with back-office can be up to 17 members. We are providing surveillance investigations with minimum 4-hour surveillance on the ground operation. We may have more than one surveillance operation per day.
We are providing global and Swiss Surveillance Services. We are providing Covert Versus Overt Surveillance, Stationary Surveillance, Auto Surveillance, Foot Surveillance and Drone Surveillance (if allowed by the Law).
Surveillance is an integral part of the investigative process. It is the visual monitoring of a location or individual to determine what conduct or activities are occurring. The visual monitoring is accompanied by a log, a diary-type record of what is occurring within the surveillance picture. The log provides a documented chronology of what was observed. The objectives of the Surveillance may be detecting the commission of a crime or a serious policy violation, gathering intelligence, preventing a crime, or all these objectives.
We can ensure that even in rural areas or difficult local conditions, an observation goes unnoticed. Our written reports are admissible in court and are signed for accuracy by the detectives involved.
When we recommend the surveillance:
Missing person searches
Skip Tracing of Debtor
Cheating spouse investigations
Abuse Cases (domestic, physical, sexual, emotional, child abuse, etc. )
Worker's compensation cases (insurance cases)
When it comes to surveillance, private investigators must always act in a lawful and ethical way. For example, private investigators are not allowed to hack into private online accounts, secretly bug phones, or spy on someone in a private place, such as within a home. Understanding the does and don’t of private surveillance is critical to ensure private investigators avoid legal trouble of their own and ensure they are operating ethically.
Our standard prices for the Surveillance Services are between CHF 90.- and CHF 165.- per Hour per Investigator (Agent), depending on the case and subject of the surveillance, mileage per Km CHF 0.95. For longer observations (from 3rd day) we also offer flat rates.
